In this position, you will be responsible for the professional manufacture and assembly of flexible cable systems. Through precise work and consistent quality controls, you will ensure that our products meet technical specifications and quality standards. Your tasks in detail:
Cutting the hoses to length according to the production order, carefully checking the specified length dimensions
Preparing the hoses and fittings for the pressing process
Reading, understanding, and independently implementing operational and production orders
Recording and logging working hours in the computer system
Attaching sleeves and fittings according to technical specifications
Professional crimping of hose lines in compliance with process and safety regulations
Inspection of assembled cables for correct fit, correct position, and visible quality characteristics
This job requires a careful and responsible approach to work, technical understanding, and a strong awareness of quality in the production environment.
Your qualification
For this position, we are looking for reliable and meticulous employees who meet the basic educational and language requirements and, ideally, already have experience in an industrial environment. Your profile:
Successfully completed secondary school diploma
Initial industry experience is desirable, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.
Sufficient knowledge of German to communicate confidently, read work and production orders, and document information in the computer system
