Accordingly, the motto of the medium-sized business "between tradition and modernity" also applies to us. The views of the classic owner-managed family business, which we also want to maintain in the future, have shaped us and helped us to our 100-year history. Many of our employees have been with us for several decades and began their professional careers with us as early as their apprenticeship. They possess knowledge that has been built up and consolidated over decades and which we constantly supplement with the know-how of new external employees in order to maintain a team structure that is as complete as possible.
We attach great importance to flat hierarchies, open and constructive expression of opinions & discussion, as well as independent action by each individual employee. Respectful interaction with each other and corresponding appreciation are extremely important to us and represent a cornerstone of the success of our company history. For us, the compatibility of family and career are tools for the next 100 years.
