In this episode of ORIENTIERBAR, we spoke to two trainees about their work with us.
Svenja Kaden is in her third year of training as an industrial clerk and tells us how varied the training is, as she is allowed to get a taste of different areas of the company every few months. And Justin Degenau is also in his third year of training as a process mechanic. He talks about his day-to-day work at Schieffer.
Managing Director Frederik Schieffer will also be there to talk about how important the onboarding process for apprentices is to him so that they have a great start at the company.
It's worth a listen!
At Schieffer, we have been successfully training various apprentices since 1930 and have had well over 500 successful apprenticeships to celebrate over the past decades. Various trainees from the past are now in management positions in our company.
You can gain a deep insight into the day-to-day work of various departments while you are still at school or studying, and develop a feeling for which department might interest you most in the future.
You are also welcome to support us as part of an internship, as a student trainee, during your studies or your thesis.
We encourage and support your development and work with you to set new standards for the products and technologies of tomorrow. Whether in production, sales, accounting, human resources or various other departments.
Together we can shape the future of the company and successfully lead it into the next 100 years.
