From Raw Material to finished Product

Plastic parts perfectly produced

Injection molding is not only one of the most important, but also one of the most frequently used technologies in the production of plastic parts in the direct path from raw material to finished part.

Injection molding is based on a discontinuous process. Plastic granules are plasticized and injected under pressure into a mold cavity. Once the material has solidified due to cooling or a crosslinking reaction, the finished part can be removed from the mold.

Regardless of whether it is required in the smallest weights of 0.1 gram to several kilograms. With over 100 injection molding machines ranging from 25 tons clamping force to 650 tons clamping force, we process several hundred different plastic and silicone materials.

Our subsequent full automation enables us to achieve enormous reproducibility of our components. Subsequent further treatment of the surfaces such as printing or lasering or completion of several assemblies comprises our range of services.

Product Range

  • From simple part components to highly complex hybrid components / assemblies
  • Materials: thermoplastics, thermoplastic elastomers, elastomers and silicone
  • Conventional injection molding / multi-component technology (colors/hard/soft compounds)
  • Metal substitution and hybrid components
  • Subassembly assembly

Manufacturing Process

  • 1C / 2C injection molding of thermoplastics (transfer technique, turntable technique, index plate technique)
  • Hybrid technology with fully automatic feeding of inserts, including checking for completeness (insert molding)
  • Internal gas pressure technology

Test Automation

  • Specific leak tests
  • Strength tests (tension/compression)
  • Camera exam
