From Prototype to Series Product
At the Beginning there is always the Idea
Development and design usually start with an idea. The first drafts often lead to prototypes, which we create in toolmaking or by hand, possibly already printing in plastic. The knowledge gained from this modifies your ideas and develops into the next construction stage. The article and tool design then leads to the first pre-series parts - often already in the original material and (measurable) demonstration parts then help in the decision-making process for the series product.
